Greetings All,
Is it legal for a CA to listed on your CR as the original creditor . I have a CA listed on my report
as a CA account but in the original creditor it has CA as original debt owed to .It also has a date
assigned to CA as 9/1998.By the way the CA is Norfolk Financial Corp. The actual original
creditor is not listed at all.. Tried DV CA few times with CMRRR and disputed with CB ,always
comes back verified.
