Can you get CA inquiries removed from CR the same as you would a regular CC inquiry with a letter of "I did not authorize inquiry, please remove"?

Never heard of anyone getting any inquiries removed that way. However, there is a long standing debate as to whether CA have PP or not.

Was it a hard or soft pull?
