It all depends on the version of the score you are getting. There are a ton of different versions. If you scroll down on the page where you receive any score (from a CC for example) usually in the fine print it will tell you the scoring model/version that you are getting. For example, "...score is FICO 08 based on TransUnion data..."
FICO 08 is probably the most common, and those are the scores that CCT provides for their $1 trial membership; you can get all 3 of your FICO 08's for $1.
What's important is that you know which model a potential lender uses if you are considering applying with them. At that point, whatever score that they use is what you need to know and all others at that moment become irrelevant.
Two scores pulled under the same scoring model at the same time should be idential. If pull scores from CCT for example on the 1st, but your CC updated one of those scores (FICO 08) 2 weeks ago there's a 2 week lag between the scores so they are based on different data. If something changed during those 2 weeks, those 2 scores would be different.
