CLOSING DATE vs. DOFD vs. PAYMENT DATE

What is the proper way to dispute this inaccuracy? I have spoken to the TU representative, she told me that my HSBC Bank account has the following information:

CLOSING DATE : 07/06
DATE OF FIRST DELIQUENCY : 01/07
PAYMENT DATE : 11/06

I am confuse with this kind of information. The HSBC reported that I went delinquent 2 months after "payment."

Thanks

Re: CLOSING DATE vs. DOFD vs. PAYMENT DATE

If they closed the account in July-
Made a payment in Nov and it went 60 days past due in Jan

Then it makes sense- what really happend?
