The FCRA defines the latest exclusion date for a charge-off or collection as no later than 7 years plus 180 days from the DOFD.
While the creditor is required, once have reported to charge-off, to provide the DOFD, commercial credit reports choose not to show the reported DOFD, but rather to provide an estimated/expected exclusion date. Each CRA makes its own determination of when they will exclude, which is OK provided they do not exceed the max statutory limit of 7 years plus 180 days. The usual estimation is provided as approx 7 years from the DOFD.
Showing CRA 1 that CRA 2 has provided an earlier estimated exclusion date will not effect the exclusion date used by CRA 1.
You can always contact a CRA and request that they exclude a bit earlier. They may entertain an earlier exclusion request of up to approx 6 months, but the fact that another CRA is granting an earlier expected exclusion is not a factor.
