Does anyone know how falloff dates work in relation to TL that have been charged off or settled? For example, if an account was opened in March 2000, went derogatory in Jun 2000, and then was settled for less than full balance in Jan 2001, would the TL be deleted entirely in Jun 2008 (because of the 7-year statue) or would it simply show good status at that point and continue as a positive TL until Jan 2011? Just curious, but thanks...
