I've noticed that ALL 3 credit bureau's with various accounts havent been reporting for months (3 or so) so I've notified the lenders and they've fixed every single issue from the bureau mostly, except one. Equifax. I have 1 account on Equifax that hasn't been updated in 2 months. (I know The creditor has been doing their job because the other 2 CRA's have up to date recent updates). No i'm not going to open a dispute with EQ because they are ridiculous and will probably delete the TL accidentally. So I guess i'm going to have to reach out to TD BANK N.A. and ask them to manually update it with EQ and i'll be 100% fixed. But has anyone noticed any issues with reporting within the CRA's? no matter the creditor? This used to never happen to me. Literally every bureau is working as it should now, except this one account with EQ. I'm just scratching my head because I know it takes time to update (IMO 2-3 days after a statement cuts its updated on all 3 bureau's) except for this 1 account with this 1 CRA. The creditor sends the information to the Bureau, the bureau updates it. EQ has been pretty good recently with this, but no matter how many statements cut (about to be the third) they still have not updated it despite being eletronically updated every statement. Please, no one say it takes time. It does not take 3 months to update an account from the CRA clearly there's some internal CRA glitch/bug within EQ with this account for some reason, who knows if its coding, etc. Thats above my pay grade. I noticed TD has a credit bureau dispute form and fax # for any credit-related issue; I wish they had a phone number instead of this but it is what it is, so i'm going to submit that form and ask them to update to EQ. I was just bringign this up as a topic because I wanted to know your guys, Has everything been good with the CRA's? (Im not talking about 1 month late reporting; which is still unacceptable) but in my case, like 3..
Correct steps would be to first contact TD Bank for them to confirm they're reporting to EQ correctly, then once you have the confirmation file a dispute with Equifax, and I'd suggest you do that in writing.
The problem with calling Equifax is that while ther offshore team can often see problems they only have read-only access to the data so they have to open up a ticket for US staff to investigate and resolve; you can try requesting being transferred to US staff but it's almost impossible to get a transfer. If disputing with EQ fails to resolve the problem you can try opening a complaint with the CFPB against Equifax, noting that TD Bank is correctly reporting to EX and TU, TD has confirmed they are reporting to EQ, and that you have already filed a dispute with EQ without the problem being corrected.
