CRA disputes

I have a question regarding dispute resolutions.  I disputed a few items on EQ and EX in September.  During this time, I also was in the process of moving, and was unable to obtain my mail for over a month. (i'd already forwarded my mail, but didn't have access to my mailbox).  My dispute results, were mailed to me, but i missed the date that i had to view the results.  When I checked MYFICO EQ I figured that they'd been verified, since they were not deleted.  Anyways, i recently checked my Equifax report (through EQ website), and found that some of the items that I'd disputed, still show investigaton in progress.  What can i do, concerning this? do i have to dispute again or call the CRA?

Re: CRA disputes

If you have a dispute under investigation, you must wait until it is final..usually the 30 days. By september to now the investigation should have been resolved.....as far as receiving mail....the credit bureaus will not forward your mail you must write to them providing your new address and the addresses to which you have lived in the previous 5 years......... ss. name dob....sign it..then they will send the credit report  to your new address..Just make sure that you state in the letter that you did not receive the updated credit report for the dispute you made in september due to an address change........
Good luck
