In many posts here on MF, the poster leaves out critical parts of the story, thinking it “not relevant”. If first hand, we have a chance to ask clarifying questions to get “the rest of the story” and often the real story was not part of the original post.

This is second hand, so the worst type of post, no possible follow up to get the real story.
