Can I pull FICO with frozen accounts?

I would like to pull my EX/EQ FICO here, can I if they're both frozen?

Most have reported no issues with pulling frozen CR's from myFICO. However, there have been others who posted having some issues with EX.

I could pull EQ and TU with the freeze active but could not pull EX. Tried EX two or three times and it wouldn't go thru. As soon as I removed the freeze EX report came thru. While the TU freeze was active I had to call in to MyFICO to verify my ID.
