Can a creditor change a CO to a collection if I'm making payments on as arranged?. The reason I asked is because the original creditor is not updating the balance I owe to the big 3. I have disputed it but haven't heard back. I asked this in a earlier post but still need an answer... Are not the creditor required to send in correct balance due to the big 3 in timely manner? And what is considered a timely manner? Orginal creditor is 4 months behind (at least).
No, only thr Oc is reporting as a Co. The CA (OMS) is not reporting because they said that Dell must update the payments. And Dell won't talk to me. They say is a credit lock. I'm worried if I push it, Dell willchange the staus to CO even though I'm making payments as agreed.
Sorry about the typos. And when I call OMS (Oxford Management Syatems) they just say Dell is behind I have disputed and sent the big 3 my statements but so far no action has been taken.
I'm making payments to OMS and they post it in the sytem. They said that Dell can look in the sytem anytime. How can it be a CO but my blocks for the last several months are green (pays as agree) buit they won't timely update. Aren't they suppose to update timely?
