After repeatedly having ID verification issues with banks accounts, credit card applications, and several other online vendors I decided to attempt to pulled my LexisNexis report
Certified mail was sent to the LexisNexis Consumer Center in mid-early September of this year. The year is now almost over and the LexisNexis report never came. The usps.com tracking tool (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input) has the request form arriving at the intended destination 5 days after the certified maul was sent.
It seems in the intervening months LexisNexis has established an online ordering system for at https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/request. I don't recall that being a option in September when the original report request was made.
Advice? Should I call or use the online ordering form? File a complaint?
I think I called .. when I got it and read the phonebook thick report. I froze Lexis Nexis and also "opted out" of any future junk.
way to much info to have someone get a hold of, stuff going back years.
I felt in the wrong hands, not good. besides I do not need them selling my whole life's worth of data.

My report was 52 pages and a lot of it was addresses with one space wrong or a typo! Lot's of nonsense! ![]()
I have tried several times to request my report electronically at this page: https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/request.
But it keeps saying the captcha was not entered. Both Firefox and old Explorer browsors were used on the desktop. Both failed. Also the captcha also failed on my smartphone.

Same here
Never ever got past the first page either. They had that "Captcha" bug for a while now. I have a feeling its done on purpose so you can never get your info easily and would make non persistent people quit.

Spare me! Not the phone? In truth that is what worked for me.
