Hello MyFico, first of all Merry Christmas to everyone. Hope you guys had a great time. So, this is my question.
About three months ago I paid my capital one cc off, thank god, and for some reason Im still showing a cc balance on my accounts online. What is going on?
Also is the score based on fcr.com accurate? because I got a 47 point increase about 2 days ago and was wondering if myfico score would be a lil higher?
Thanks everyone!...

Have you called Cap 1 about this balance? The online information might be incorrect.
If someone carries balances forward from month to month without paying in full there can be accrued daily interest that will sneak in there after you think everything is finally paid off one month. That might be what happened to you. But make sure you get this taken care of. You don't want late fees or worse just because of a few dollars left over interest. (If that's what it is).
Also none of the scores at FCR are accurate And there is no way to compare them to FICO scores.
