Capital One Auto Finance

My trouble started in Sept 09.  I contacted Capital One Auto Finance to give my new address when I was told they had not received my payment.  I was floored, since I was in the process of moving, I couldnt too much argue becuase documentation was on my computer which was not with me.  Once I settled, I contact them back to advise they were wrong and I have proof.  Long story short, we have 2 vehicles with them and the payments were applied to the wrong accounts.  Payment 1 was applied to vehicle 2 and payment 2 was applied to vehicle 1.  I was told to sent my documentation and I did, I received a reply stating their records are correct and they were not going to change this.  Fast forwarding.  I received a statement from them and vehicle 1 payment has a 49 late fee.  I questioned this since they refused to correct an error, and the gentlemen start trying to explain which did not make since.  The payment they received was 80 over the normal payment and they received this 2 months straight.  Please advise as to who and where I may go to complain within Capital One.
