Hello
My CapOne credit tracker was updated today. It uses TU and gives you a FAKO. Anyway, my FAKO with them dropped from 761 to 730, and I think it's because they gave me a "D" on available credit (<$2500 is considered a D according to their rating). I don't remember this factor being part of the credit tracker last month. Did anyone else notice this?
By the way, CapOne's Credit Tracker's Available Credit Scale is:
A - $50,000
B - $15,001 to $50,000
C - $2,500 to $15,000
D - <$2500
Also, they really shouldn't give me any excuses to open any new TLs until my baddies drop in August!

I don't use it but if what you say here for a grade system on avail credit with those numbers being fixed just shows why it is useless in the real world. FICO uses the same way to calculate score if one has 2500 credit avail or 250000.
Remember that it is a FAKO and really should just be used for educational purposes only. The Cap One Tracker and it's cousin, Credit Karma, are great free tools to track your TU, but they do both suffer the same flaws in score models.

Keep in mind that with derogs you're not likely to get favorable limits. In any case, as always, don't rely on FAKO's and FAKO modeling to determine anything about your FICO's. Focus on what's in your reports.
