Well, the key thing at this point is the possibility that the card issuer might be (for some bizarre reason) not issuing a statement.  When a credit card has had a zero balance and no payments for a few cycles in a row, it can sometimes cause an issuer to stop reporting.  But that is not the case for you.  The account had a positive balance in the last 20 days, and then further subsequent activity in the form of a payment on Nov 19. 

 

If there is no statement online by Tues morning, I'd just give them a call and ask what is happening.  If you are on the phone with them anyway, I'd ask them whether they reported the $0 balance and if so on what date.

Well this is embarassing but...DW put in for a due date change a few months ago and we completely forgot so that's why she had no statement for November.
