My wife has the Cap 1 basic platinum card with a 2000 CL. I tried the upgrade link I found in another thread and she's eligible for the QS card. I understand the acct number and CL line remains the same but does upgrading affect AAoA? Will upgrading start a new clock for the account?
Thanks O-Medicated. That's what I hoping to hear. I'll get her to upgrade it so she can start earning cash back rewards. She's gone from 620s FICO 8 to 717.
