Well, I did make it to a manager I guess, who said well thanks for the apology sir, I understand your need to qualify for a mortgage so I will help you with that. 3 minutes later he says "Ok do you want us to dispute that with all three agencies? Ummm... Yeah!? I never heard of that before, a creditor initiating a dispute with itself. I wanted to say what does this mean, you will remove them or just verify that they are correct and keep on reporting it? I don't know, I am a little confused. I wanted to him to break from his routine and do me a solid favor. I don't think they will remove them.
