Capitol one northland group?

Has anyone been successful getting them to accept a settlement offer that you send them?

Cap1 is very hard to work with!!!  they will also file suit in a heartbeat!!

i got a pfd with them last year. Did it with Northland and it was via the phone. Even happened on a settlement offer. Don't give up!

I settled with Northland last year on a Cap 1 account.  I didn't know about PFD at the time.  Northland isn't reporting but Cap 1 is.  I'm trying to GW with Cap 1 now to remove it but so far no luck.  I know that Northland will accept a settlement though.
