If your DOFD was over seven years ago I would not pay. Also would not pay MNK anything because even if they tried to sue the SOL is on your side as it is way past 2 years.
Thank you for your input. How do I find out what the DOFD (Date of First ....?) is / was ? Should I find out first if this is even legit - remember, this is all come out of left field, only AFTER I just purchased a phone and started service.
