Charge-Off, paid account

I have 3 accounts that have been charged off, but have all been paid in full, and equifax shows them as paid. Is there anything that can be done about these taken off? Can something else be done that can help my scores?

You lost the leverage of a PFD (pay for deletion).  Don't give up, though.  Try sending GW letters (good will) to have them deleted.  There are a few examples on the "frequently requested posts" thread/
