Charge-Off vs. DOFD

How do you calculate when an account will age off of your report when it is a charge off?

Here is the data from one of my accounts on EX:
Charge Off as of Jan 2002
150 days as of Oct 2001
120 days as of Sep 2001
90 days as of Aug 2001
60 days as of Jul 2001

Will the 7-year limit cause this account to disappear in July 2008 or January 2009?

My guess is 7 to 7.5 years from June or July 2001
