We just got dismissed from a chapter 13 bk. I am trying to clean up my credit reports and get the creditors to show the balances as zero since they were included and discharged through the BK. Most of them have except Dell which I can't even get to respond to me. Wamu is reporting me as a charge off sent to collections. They were included in the BK. Does it matter one way or another if it says it was in the bk or it was a charge off? Neither one is good and both will stay on for at least 7 years. Do I just let that one go & just fight with Dell or should I argue both? Wamu did sent us to collections after they got the papers from my attorney saying we were filing ch 13, however they were included in the bk. Thanks
