Charged off accounts reporting as Open Accounts

I have two of such, one from Midland and another from HSBC, what is the best way to handle these?

Dispute as a transferred/ closed account.  That's what I did, however a couple of them took more than once.  If you can state the mo/yr they were charged-off, it can help.
