Aha! The plot thickens, @SouthJamaica
My balance increased today, too (but not at EX) to a balance amount I recognize from 2/3 days ago.
So odd: multiple mid-cycle balance updates for EQ and TU, and no/slow balance updates for EX at all. Must be a glitch on Chase's end, I suppose.

Well it's a tiny bit disconcerting for me because I do like to micromanage, and keep my personal spend cards at zero balance, but it's not a big deal because the balances on my 2 Chase rewards cards usually don't exceed 1 to 2% of the limits.

I can respect that; I'm a bit of a micromanager myself. And I would like to see EX get up to date with statement balances - I don't like seeing missing data in my credit reports.
As an update, today (the 17th) a mid-cycle update finally occurred on my EX acct. Not for the expected $0, but for $144.

This is getting weird.
It does feel peculiar to me - kind of like seeing my wife do something unexpected with her hair, or looking for my old car in a parking lot when I upgrade.
I paid down the acct balance again to $0 on this card to see what happens. I'm curious to see what chase will report.
Today on experian.com it's reporting the balance as of the day after the statement cut.
Wait, just so I'm clear...it didn't report the statement balance, but the balance of a day later that was different? How odd.
I wonder how many other people this is happening to? I would ask on Reddit, but they're doing some strange protest thing and I don't think it's possible to post anymore.

Yes indeed. The statement balance was zero. Experian reported the balance as of the day after the statement, just as Equifax had done.

Update. It's getting stranger and stranger. Now they've reported the balance from 2 days after the statement cut. What are they doing? Reporting the balance each day???
