You can't be removed from Chex, as far as I know. I believe you can freeze your Chex report, but note that if a creditor/bank uses it and they cannot access it, you may be denied a bank account or credit product.
Good luck!

Does check system has a score or no score? Is there a way to check? Does check system offer free annual report?

Yes, there is. Not as easy or quick as the 3Bs, but you can go to their website and request a report online. It comes with a score printed on it and will come via snail mail.
It mostly holds banking info. Inquiries for bank accounts (that use Chex) and any negative banking behavior (bad checks, ODs, etc). It will depend on the bank if they report to it or not.
My old CU was overdrawn and it was on the Chex report. Negative info stays 5 years.

Thank you

Yes it has a score.
If you get denied because of it you can get a free report.

You can also request electronic delivery of the Chex report.

Yes you can request & get your Chex report online but I'm pretty sure to get a report with a score you have to request a printed version sent by mail. And you can freeze Chex online, but to unfreeze it you have to wait 10+/- days for them to mail you a PIN.
And many major banks (Chase, Wells, Cap One, etc.) use a different service called EWS, Early Warning System. While you request your EWS report online you can NOT freeze EWS. And while Chex just reports inquiries & any negative info EWS has a ton of info, many EWS banks report your monthly statement balance and any ACH transfers.
