After reading all the posts as to whether BoA lookst at ChexSystems, I decided to test it myself, since I'm listed on ChexSystems and one extra inquiry won't hurt me. Well, I did apply and got an email about verifying who I am. She then said I would have my bank information confirmed in 24 hours and all my paperwork within 10 days. BoA did a TU pull and I do have a secure CC with them.
