Citibank pre-approval website

can anyone tell me if this preapproval site is actually based on any real preapproval odds? I mean is it like discovers preapproval site? You can enter Batman into discovers web page and it will give you an offer. The page is https://www.citicards.com/cards/credit/application/flow.action?isInvitation=Y

Never mind I just answered my own question. I entered Batman like I did on Discover site and I was approved for the same card I was approved for using my own info.

I went to their site and clicked the preapproval link (same as yours but with a bunch of extra numbers at the end)
