I opened my card in Oct 2009...used the hell out of it and I checked today and no positive reporting was ever sent to the credit bureau for over (3) years while I was using the card under the terms & conditions of the card (never late, etc)
All the NR's should be green *'s
Can the dispute department fix this ?
I feel having accurate payment history information on my credit report is essential

That's not it... the bank certainly reported the data, it's just that the CRA is tossing detailed payment data at around the 4-year mark.
That's a screenshot from an Equifax FCRA report, yes?
I see the same thing on mine - revolving accounts with long histories showing only 48-months of data, and "NR" for months 49-84. If there was negative data in months 49-84 (up to the ~7-year dropoff date), that would show instead of the NR.
Looking at older saved reports from previous years, the data was originally there (and at one point EQ did report both positive and negative months all the way up to 84 months - now it appears to be just up to 48 months for positive reporting).

Unlikely - it's not wrong, just old data was not retained.

Well, yes. But this isn't wrong, just aged-off.
There's no requirement for data to be retained, just that what is reported be correct, and that negative data be removed by the legal dropoff times.
