I have not logged into my Citizens Biz. MC in a while, tried to log-in earlier today,
and I was locked out also. So it may be someone(s) is/are hacking away?
Had to call in and get unlocked.

Thanks yes something definitely off with this . The email stating I was locked out after too many failed attempts which customer service was clueless had me concerned because I knew it was not me .
