Collection accts for cc's showing up as installment loans...HELP!

I have a Zale's account showing up as as charged off and is now with LVNV, however, the account is not showing up as a collection acct but it is under installment loans.  The account is about 2 years old and I'm wondering if it is having a worse affect as an installment loan than it would if it were classified as a collection account?  I'm not going to bother it until I have the money to pay it, I just wanted to know if I should leave it as it is or dispute it (when I have the money since it's within SOL).

Also, should a cell phone bill be reporting as an installment loan if it is with a ca?
