@credit8502020 for Comenity, when I have $0 balance it can be several months before they make another update, which I find really annoying. It seems like they do not like to report unless you have a balance.
There are times where they uodate the payment fields and dates, but the "green check mark" or "ok" can take several months. I would look at the actual info, if you have not already.
7 days from the due date is generally when the statement closes, so it usually takes several days after that for them to update when I do have a balance.
I have 2 Comenity accounts: Victoria's Secret and Williams Sonoma.
