Pjxf99 (don't know why I think of Pixar when I see your name), this is by far the best post I've seen on the myFICO forums EVER.

Thanks for making my day. I cannot stop chuckling!

Pjxf, I think that a lot of us are in the same boat. I wish that I could get paid to take care of my credit report. I'd be a millionaire, just from my activities this year.

Re: Confessions...of a credit geek

Hello my name is ____ and I am a credit geek.

I was laughing at the comment of the grocery store line shuffleing credit cards. All my cc's are pif monthly. I do float though. When I am shuffleing I am thinking this one closes this week, I can't use it untill next week, I have to use this one it closed 3 days ago and I can have them pay for my groceries for the next 20 days. I use the high cl credit cards that doesn't give points for $2.00 - $3.00 purchases ever 3 months (when I use it I write on masking tape on the top of the card last purchase date/ next purchase date due like they do for your oil on your windshield.) just to keep them active and this way i don't get the message "a credit card has been used that has been inactive for more than 4 months". I would agree that I pay alot of attention to this. Looking to surpass the 2% of the country and join the elite group of 1% soon.

Thanks for listening my fellow friends.

Re: Confessions...of a credit geek

How can I raise my already high credit score.  Can using previously dormant accounts raise my score?

Oooooh!! I would SO buy one!! Maybe one that had a "recipe" for a FICOtini?
(Since every time I go to BooksAMillion, they have gajillions of stuff with bartender recipes on'em!)

Who has FICOtinis in their siggie? Is it Masdecho?? Whoever it is, we need to have'em run over to CafePress (NAYY) and design a t-shirt that we can buy!!
