My Continental Finance card was maxed out and I paid it to $0 in July. They usually update on the 26th of every month. It's the 8th and it's still hasn't updated. I called them and they claim they updated it I asked for an account status memo. Should I dispute this on the reports?
Is it all (3) credit reports?
Yes all three reports have the old balance.
Most likely related to COVID delays/staffing issues. I'd say wait until the 26th of this month before initiating any disputes.

I agree, dispute(s) are usually the last resort.
