Credit Bureaus Will Not Delete a Trade-line that was Fraudulently Opened

Being brief or trying to be...

This tradeline/charge chard was opened in the Summer of 2022 in my name. I didn't notice it until I got my a 120 day late notification early December. It's about $400 total from some store(Carter?) - anyways the issuing company is Comentiy Capital.

After speaking with Comenity, seems my social, name and an address I used to live at 5+ years ago was used. (Unforuntely doesn't seem I can dispute old address to make this more of a hurdle - next go around - credit reports are now frozen) Disputed with all three credit bureaus the tradeline and the inquires I didn't recognize, along with the FTC identity report. (I'm currently overseas working for the next 5+ years - so filing a police report about my credit report with the local polizei is probably not a thing or would even hold even weight) Transunion was the only one who didn't delete the unauthorized inquires. Yet, none of them deleted the tradeline opened in my name. They stated it was accurate, yet Comentiy Capital removed the late blemishes on the tradeline, and show it closed.

At the end of the day, whether it's negative or not - not a fan of an account that I didn't open on my credit report. About to pursue a complaint with CFPB - what options do I have after this?

Also, I think Experian shouldn't block people to their website who are outside the USA, who have to use a VPN just to access their credit report...That's just me.
