After looking over the CK report in detail, I decided not to buy a FICO report. There are no reasons for the score drop that would concern me: No new inquiries, no new accounts, no lates or derogs. I guess there is just some strange algorithm CK uses, that dropped TU by 22 points. EQ only dropped 2.
Significantly, I now have only 3 accounts out of 8 reporting balances, when before I had 4 of 8 with balances. Could that make CK drop the score? As far as FICO is concerned, I would have thought less cards reporting balances would raise it, so I won't worry.
Vantage appears to go on balance amount rather than revolving utilization. I haven't seen much fluctuation in my Vantage scores with the typical minimal balances I report (I just don't spend enough regularly to move the needle much) but VS is more sensitive to the amount of the balance than FICO is even if one has solid limits such as yourself.

My scores on Credit Karma are always well below the actual FICO scores. It's always been that way, and I don't see it being any worse or better recently. I just use CK as a way to check to make sure nothing is really out of whack (I'm not currently doing monitoring with myFICO).
My TU score is 807/803 on CK/Fico and EQ is 798/775 onCK/Fico . When my weekly login day some tomorrow I'll check and see if there's been a change since last week for me.
I just wish my I could swap out my Ck score for my Fico on EQ.
My one week check on CK showed my score was the same as last Saturday as I expected: TU = 807 and EQ = 798.
So I'm not sure what happened to you.
