IMO, the best is via your own reports. I'd suggest subscribing to a CMS that pulls all 3 on a daily basis, like creditchecktotal and others. These services will alert you to new inquiries, new accounts, etc. and often contain the same info as services like LifeLock but at a much cheaper price all the while providing more info for you.
