PFD is the way to go, once you pay them the money, they won't work with you at all. 

I have no luck with  GW Letter at all ( Citi, BOA , Discover) all rejected my GW request ( I have to wait out 7 years I guess, but other factors improved the score a bit). So If you can get a PFD, thats your best option for you.

The problem I see is you are not serious about your credit. If you are serious about repairing your credit, you have get your priorities in order. At this point, "fun" should not be a priority.
