I am working on cleaning up my credit report and have come up on information on my report that I need advice on.
My BK was discharged in 3/08. MBNA credit card is being reported as "paid civil liability in bankruptcy". The exact same account is being reported by Bank of America as an "adverse account". (BOA acquired MBNA in2006).
My question is: can they report this credit card account in two different catagories?
