Credit Report

Hello all. Brand new here but glad to be here. So, I was recently reviewing my credit reports and have notice that some accounts are reported some months and aren't other months. Now, to give an example I recently was approved for cap one quicksilver. I was approved for this card back in November of 2014. I have been using this card and have made multiple payments, twice a month. This card has yet to be reported to ANY of the big 3. Not a single account listed, not even showing the account existing, etc, etc. I contact cap one, the say it's on the credit bureaus not them. Ok. Cool. I call said bureaus and they say it's on the credit card company. This continues back and forth and I get absolutely no where. This has also happened on my other accounts. A motorcycle loan of mine was reported some months, then it wasn't.

1. If contacting said company's, bureaus doesn't help where do I go?

2. To be sure, this is impacting my credit scores right?

3. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?

I appreciate and look forward to your responses. Thank you

If the data isn't on the report it can't be considered by a scoring model.

Re: Credit Report

your situation sounds strange to me -- especially the disappearing loan tradeline.  Do you really mean the tradeline is gone? -- or are there months when the tradeline is there but no activity is reported?

Maybe quicksilver isn't reporting a balance (and maybe there's nothing to report so they don't) because you pay-in-full before the statement cuts.  Are you waiting to pay-in-full after your statement is cut?
