Well, I disputed it with Transunion, and they deleted the Grain account immediately. Not quite the result I want. Equifax and Experian are pending. Let see what happens.
Update : Everything is now reporting correctly with the exception of Grain. Launched disputes, lets see what will happen. I also charged $5 to the card, lets see if that forces an update when the statement cuts.
