Credit Score Mentor

All,

I am looking for someone who can mentor me on how to increase my credit score and my credit worthiness. I have brought myself from the brink 3 times and now I want to ask someone to help me achieve an 800 FICO. The myFICO community is a great resource but I am looking for a one-on-one mentorship.

Regards,

Trinity

Just make sure you keep apping to a min,   Make sure util% is never above 30% and ideally around 1-9%. Should let 1 card report a Balance and the rest show as $0. Make sure you always pay in time. Also make sure you pay everything in time from bills to your rent and not just your credit cards

My Cards: Amex BCE: $9,000, Amex Hilton HHonors: $2,000, Amex ED: $12,000, Barclays NFL extra points: $3,000, Bank of America MLB cash rewards: $17,000, BBVA compass NBA Amex triple double rewards: $17,000, Chase Amazon: $1,000, Chase Freedom: $9,000, Chase Sapphire: $5,000, Chase Slate: $5,000, Chase Disney: $4,000, Citi Double Cash: $5,400, Citi AA plat: $5,500, Citi Simplicity: $3,000, Citi Thank you preferred: $8,800, Capital one GM: $2,000, Capital one PlayStation: $3,000, Gamestop: $1,150, Amazon Store: $5,000, Ebay MasterCard: $5,000, American Eagle Storecard: $750, Macy's: $500

Re: Credit Score Mentor

Lol reminds me of Apple one on one membership except it cost $99. That would be awesome if someone would be willing to mentor you! Good luck!

Also I would make sure to go through you credit report to make sure there isn't any baddies that could be holding your score down. If there are I would try to address those first.

Re: Credit Score Mentor

IMO, this is something you have to do yourself.  No one can teach you discipline and self control.

All the tools you need you already have.  Get credit you can afford and pay your bills.  It really is that simple.  After you do this for a couple years then you can get advice on how to maximize your scores.
