Yes, you do receive your CS when you apply for a CC. If you are denied, you receive a letter as to which variables you have been declined, with a FICO score to the CRA in which the CCC pulled your score from. If you are accepted for a CC, you are given a FACTA risk based pricing letter and disclosure sheet, in which your FICO score is listed and which CRA they pulled from. Hope this helps you. Take Care!

If you were approved for a card but did not get the lenders best terms then yes a score is given....
