Do you or can you recieve your credit score when you apply for a credit card? If so, how?

You get a credit score with every CC app unless.....you are given the best terms for that card then the lender is not obligated to give you a score.

I never got a score.  Approved or declined.

Rules started with the card act 2009

Lol

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Yes, you do receive your CS when you apply for a CC.  If you are denied, you receive a letter as to which variables you have been declined, with a FICO score to the CRA in which the CCC pulled your score from.  If you are accepted for a CC, you are given a FACTA risk based pricing letter and disclosure sheet, in which your FICO score is listed and which CRA they pulled from.  Hope this helps you.  Take Care!

If you were approved for a card but did not get the lenders best terms then yes a score is given....
