Credit card accounts not showing up on transunion

Any idea why 2 of my credit cards have not shown up on tu?  I have a orchard bank cc for 10 months and a Capital one cc for 2 months and neither has been added.  I thought all credit cards were reported to all bureaus.  I called capital one and orchard bank and they said thy do report.  Ive called TU to request the accounts be added but they said i could not request that.  What should i do?  These are the only two credit cards i have and would boost my credit score alot.  Its frustrating because it seems that alot of lenders use Transunion, but they are the most innacurate.

Thats TU for you, they may or may not update accoutns.  I wish WaMu didn't use them because every month my reports are off on that bureau and my PFICOs reflect that.

Yes this happened to me . I ask them for several months why my accounts were not on my reports when the companies said they report, i always got the same line its up to the company to report. I finally got tired of it and sent several emails to different people and told them I intended to sue if my accounts werent added in 15 days. I recieved a reply that very day and my accounts were added within 24 hrs.

So who did you email, or where did you get the email addresses?  Did you include your account history in your email request?  How should i go about this.  I need these accounts added because im shopping for a mortgage.

I only have one credit card account showing on Experian and I have another thats has a 3000 limit with no baddies. This would make my revolving credit show 10% UTL for that CRA. I'd like to add it to Experian whom do I call? The creditor, the CRAs or both.
