Due to a new trade line with my new BofA card and an updated balance on one of my collections My TransUnion went up 15 points and Experian went up 32 points. So I've found that even though paying on a collection will intially give you a hit on your credit score when updating the overall balance plus an added trade line it will boost your scores.
I can start to see the light at the end of the tunnell.
