WHAT?!? I called them earlier and only got 50% off for a year.
I called this morning and got the 50% off 5 years. I used the automated system to cancel and once I verified all the info that was the offer they gave me.
I cant seem to get on the website atm via phone. The website isnt stating its down for maintenance, it just says it cant process my request and to call the 877 #. Wonder whats up. Cant call atm due to no cell service in this work building & the stupid free wifi wont let me make phone calls grr.
Edit: Ok, either this was a mobile error of some sort or the error worked itself out. Just tried from home via computer and everything is fine.

I know what you mean.... I'm at day 9 today and tomorrow can't come soon enough! Haha.

My card was charged for the first time yesterday. I'm not able to refresh only the Experian score and report anywhere, only have the option to refresh the 3-bureau. Anyone else experience this?
I was on the phone with CCT for 36 mins and they ended up creating a technical support ticket for me.
When you say charged for the first time, do you mean the "full" monthly charge, or the $1 trial charge?
The only time you should have a problem getting score/report refreshes is during the trial. As far as I can tell, you get 1 3B pull the first time you signup, then you have to wait a few days to start getting Experian monitoring & a few more days to get monitoring on the other bureaus. I don't know if they've changed that though since I signed up over a month ago.
Once the trial is over, your Experian daily scores/monitoring/report pulls are done automatically for you after midnight(or should be, according to what I'm seeing).

Full monthly charge at the reduced rate of $14.97. Yeah, my EX dailies aren't being pulled and I can't manually do it either. It'll only show the EX score and report from the date of when I last pulled the 3-bureau report. The rep on the phone couldn't figure out either with her supervisor on why the option isn't showing for me. I guess it's just me and hopefully the trouble ticket gets fixed.
I just recently signed up for the $1 trial and will be cancelling in the next couple days to take advantage of the special offer. Are there any similarities between those that have received the best offers (i.e. using the automated system, something that was said to CSR)?
Sound like the automated system is the way to go. I tried to cancel earlier and they were closed. Couldn't use the automated system either. So I'll call tomorrow during business hours.
