At least I'm not the only one they screwed. I've been waiting patiently, finally yesterday came and it said I could pull my 3B tomorrow. So I signed in this morning and now it says seven more days. Anyone have any luck calling them?

Canceled both mine and DH. resigned DH. Pulled 3B report this morning. Now, instead of FICO Score 8, it show Plus Scores!!!! Not sure what it is as the actual number looks the same as the FICO 8 on the home page. Then go over to reports and it shows the Plus Scores.

Pretty sure that's a glitch. Sometimes mine says that but score is consistent with fico.

Yes, but I think it's a display glitch. My  3b's are constant with fico scores.

I'm not so sure about that. It still says it when I click on reports and it looks different. I've seen it before when it pops up but then it corrects to the FICO 8 score. This time and every time it check it, it all pops up with the PLUS Score. It's not changing/reverting back. Funny thing though, The EX score looks to be exactly the same. I sure still hope this is really still a glitch.

Definitely a glitch.  Happens to me sometimes.  I have experian credit tracker this month and my score there is 723 (fico) and the exact same on cct whether it shows plus or fico.

Well my account was charged correctly today the 50% off $14.95, and the EX score is a Fico score. It still says I can't pull a 3B until the end of the month. I'll call them sometime to get clarification on it. I'd just like to know their reasoning and when my 3B pull date is actually and based on what. 

CCT is still a good deal. I'd like the same EX CT app with it.

I'm happy I'm cancelling their service.  Yesterday it stated I only needed to wait one business day to pull my report from all 3 agencies.  I log in today, excited to pull my report and now it states I have to wait 5 days!  Sure, because they know my subscription ends 10/18th.  Cancelling today!  Can't stand their sneaky ways.
