Yeah, it wont give any more updates until after the trial. That's why I kep my credit tracker open so I was still getting daily updates through that. Although when you cancel they don't prorate a refund so it still stays open until the end of the billing cycle.

So yeah, you can go ahead and call now to cancel the CCT membership to get their retention offer.

LOL!! I've gone thru that painful call several times when doing trial memberships... so I have 2 calls to look forward too.. EQ and Creditracker :/

Just email them to cancel EX credit tracker. That's what I did and they responded within an hour that it was canceled.

Ok so I called CCT to cancel and see if I got the promo of 50% off and YEAY!!! they gave it to me.. The only thing is -- they only offered it to me for 12 months vs. the 2yrs or 5yrs like they did to some of you here 

I guess I can't complain... I'll be cancelling the EX creditracker and the EQ Plat. membership.. so I will be saving some money

I only got the 12 month 50% offer as well. I'm not too concerned. By then something better might come along or if I go to cancel then I'm sure they'll offer another discount to get me to stay.

Called to cancel and was only offered $15 for 12 months . Though she did say I could call back again after the 12 months to see if I had any other offers.

If it means anything, I signed up on the 4th of Aug, so it was a pretty new account still in the 7 day trial.

I called Tuesday the day before trial ended which would have been Wednesday made seven days but i haven't been charged yet i used the automated machine instead of speaking to someone it offered me 50% off for five years
