Ditto. It's been wonky all weekend. Says it updated 5/6 but ignoring the updates from 5/7.

Re: DASHBOARD NOT UPDATING

Mine is wonky today.  Got an email about a balance update alert, as well as a notification from the phone app.  But when I log in, there is no new alert and nothing has changed.

Re: DASHBOARD NOT UPDATING

Haven't had an update in 2 weeks. Walmart CS is all I can go by lately. Yeh yeh I get it "triggers"...meanwhile I paid 40 dollars to see a score 2 weeks old :/

Just anxious I guess

Re: DASHBOARD NOT UPDATING

My problem is this: I DID get an alert from myfico - said my TU jumped 34 points. Shows the new score in the score history. However, the dashboard still has the old score. No alert about anything triggering the score down back to exactly where it was - and the update "date" shows 5/6 I think it is. So - I got the trigger. Part of the website shows it has jumped - but the "picture" on the dashboard shows the old score. (This jump took me to 700 so, yeah, I want to see it!!!!) And part of me can't help wondering if it was a mistake and my score didn't move. Certainly don't want to pay for another new report because I purchased it just a couple of weeks ago.
