After pulling my credit report I found that my DMP has been paying one of the accounts late, seven times in fact. Called they said that they had a policy with the bank that they could 'pay within 30 days and it wouldnt be late', yet it is, and it's showing up late on my credit report.
Where do i go from here to get these mistakes taken off my credit report. I have made each payment faithfully to the DMP and can prove that....they have made the payments to the creditor, but late.
How do I go about solving/proving my case to fix my credit?
